Yes, Oak Micros is an OEM of Elba Corporation who makes the ZX-24n.
The ZX-24n is a native mode device. The equivalent would be the native mode ZX-1281ne. The ZX-1281e uses the ZBasic Virtual Machine like the ZX-24p i.e. the decision between the ZX-1281e and ZX-1281ne is the same one you made between the ZX-24p and ZX-24n.
