om1280 or om1281 on the roadmap? A low cost module with 8KB RAM (no or optional external RAM)?

I don't think a om1280 is likely. There are too many I/O pins that would not be used in the standard Oak Micros 40 pin form factor.

A om1281 is a possibility but not at this time. The main difference between the mega128 and mega1281 is the pin change interrupts. This facility is available on the om644p.

What function on the mega1281 is important to you that cannot be found on either the om128 or om644p? Is it indeed the fact that you need >4K RAM?
